Marshallese get an office in Arkansas

TRY TO imagine how several thousand American citizens living in the Marshall Islands might rejoice to see a U.S. consulate opening there to meet their needs. Then it's easy to understand how folks from the Marshall Islands who have settled in Northwest Arkansas feel about the new Marshallese consulate in Springdale.
