State's new GOP director takes shot at Beebe

In the first day in his new job, the state Republican Party's executive director said Thursday that it's easy to see why Arkansans have become frustrated with their political leaders "when they see their own governor and fellow Democratic governors raising money with President [Barack] Obama."
