Too many Arkansas women are losing their lives to murderous men

Every time some publicpolicy organization or think tank releases a new study that involves a ranking of the states, we cringe. That's because it rarely means good news for ArName a topic that affects our general welfare, and there's a good chance Arkansas ranks poorly. Percentage of collegeeducated adults? We're near the bottom. Percentage of obese residents? We're among the highest. Our teen pregnancy rate? Yeah, you guessed it, fourth from the top.
