Gay politician to speak in LR

Neil Giuliano, former president of the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation and a potential Democratic candidate in Arizona's upcoming gubernatorial election, will speak at the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
