LITTLE ROCK Thursday - The Botanical Garden of the Ozarks will host its second annual Chefs in the Garden fundraiser from 6-8:30 p.m. Tickets are $35 in advance, $45 day of the event. Information is available at (479) 750-2620 or www.bgo zarks.org.
Friday - The Gentlemen of Distinction Fashion Show and Dinner, a fundraiser for H.O.P.E. Inc. (Helping Oncology Patients Excel), will be held at the John Q. Hammons Convention Center. Information is available at hopenwa. org.
Friday - Pagnozzi Charities' Ultimate Tailgate & Sports Memorabilia Auction will be held at 7 p.m. at the Fayetteville Town Center. Tickets are $35, tables of 10 for $500 and cocktail tables of four for $200. Contact is pagnozzicharities.org.

Oct. 24 - The eighth annual Starlight Charity Galafor the Northwest Arkansas Children's Shelter will be held at the Holiday Inn Northwest Arkansas Hotel and Convention Center. Tickets are $75 each or $600 for a table for eight. Information is available at (479) 795-2417.
Oct. 24 - A Nite at the Races, the fifth annual charity event to benefit Bost Inc., will be from 6:30-11 p.m. at Golden Living in Fort Smith.
