Todd Palin, the husband of former GOP vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, has resigned his job on Alaska's North Slope as a production operator for oil giant BP PLC, said Meghan Stapleton, a spokesman for the former Alaska governor, who added that Todd Palin is "spending time with his family."
