Dallying won't help future Sen. Charles Grassley of Iowa was quoted as saying, "The American people think Congress has gone bananas," suggesting that taking on climate change legislation would be too much for lawmakers to handle. He says that the U.S. should wait until China and India commit to curbing emissions before we do so.
