Montblanc offering leaves some in India puzzled, some angry

German pen-maker Montblanc International GMBH launched a limited-edition commemorative $24,763 fountain pen in honor of Mohandas Gandhi this week, just in time for Friday's 140th anniversary of the birth of the Mahatma - or "Great Soul."
