The original rowdies

The spirited SMAT tradition at Rogers High School, which recently spawned the BOSS cheering section at Heritage, began with a group of 18 unlikely students during the 1976-77 school year

Student cheering sections are everywhere, but the Senior Mounties Attack Team, better known as SMAT, has been taking the concept to another level at Rogers High School football and basketball games for about as long as most people can remember.
