100 YEARS AGO Nov. 30, 1909 Attorney L.B. Denning, who represents the Arkansas Natural Gas Company, which is seeking a franchise from the city of Little Rock, left for Pittsburgh last night, carrying with him a written copy of the demands made by the members of the committees appointed by the council to treat with the representatives of the company.
