Man Dies In Motorcycle Wreck

A Southwest City, Mo., man was killed after losing control of his motorcycle and hitting an SUV Saturday night.
Theron Clark, 47, of 673 Route MM in Southwest City, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to an Arkansas State Police report. The accident happened at 7:55 p.m. on Arkansas 43, 2.3 miles north of Cherokee City.
Police said Clark was traveling north and attempting to negotiate a right curve when he laid the motorcycle on its side, slide into the southbound lane and struck a Ford Explorer.
Debra Clark, 47, also of 673 Route MM in Southwest City, a passenger on the motorcycle, was taken to Washington Regional Medical Center.
The driver of the Explorer, Stephanie Chewey, 54, of 16793 E. 430 Road in Jay, Okla., was not injured.
