That feisty spirit

They’re fighting again in Eureka Springs. This time the fight is over parking meters. There always seems to be a fight going on in Eureka Springs, and I’ve decided that’s part of the charm of the place. Five people have sued the city because it installed 86 parking meters downtown, more than doubling the number of meters.
