Dec. 6, First Baptist Church of Fayetteville. Features the traditional and contemporary adult ensembles and Bell Canto, the adult handbell choir. Other events are a youth concert at 6 p.m. Dec. 13 and the musical “One King!” at 10:50 a.m.

Presented by the Bella Vista Christian Church Celebration Choir and area vocalists, accompanied by the Celebration Orchestra. Amahl and the Night Visitors, 3 p.m. Dec. 20, Central United Methodist Church in Rogers.
Sponsored by the Messiah Project Inc., of Springfield, Mo., in conjunction with the church. Gian-Carlo Menotti’s children’s opera (in English) tells the story of a crippled shepherd boy and his widowed mother who receive a visit by three kings on their way to Bethlehem.
The event also features an International Christmas Concert with the Krakow, Poland, chamber orchestra Sinfonia, conducted by Piotr Sulkowski. Features Polish and international carols and Christmas music, chorus and dance.
Tickets: $10, adults; $5, children.
