Morale at UCA still low, staff says

More than a year after Lu Hardin resigned as the University of Central Arkansas’ president, staff morale remains low and contention lingers, albeit over questions of spending priorities, lighted cabinets and dogwood trees rather than the illegal bonuses of Hardin’s era.
