Just where is that congressional district?

WE’VE NEVER been to Arkansas’ 22nd Congressional District, but it must be one happenin’ spot. It might be in the Ozarks (lucky folks) or in the mystic Delta or off in the sweet piney woods or maybe just square in the middle of cotton and soybean fields.
