Obama going to climate conference
In Copenhagen, he’ll commit U.S. to emission-reduction target

The White House announced Wednesday that President Barack Obama will attend international climate talks next month in Copenhagen and commit the U.S. to a specific short-term target for the reduction of greenhouse-gas emissions.
