100 YEARS AGO Nov. 25, 1909 Beyond the fact that the Arkansas Railroad Commission by talking with railroad commissioners of other states was able to obtain many valuable pointers the recent meeting of the National Association of Railroad Commissioners with the members of the Interstate Commerce Commission was not of any great benefit to the Arkansas commissioners or any other Southern or Western commission, according to Chairman Allen of the Arkansas commission, who reached Little Rock yesterday.
