Benton County Sheriff’s Office

James Allen Clemons, 42, of in Stilwell, Okla., was arrested Monday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. Clemons was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $2,500 bond.

Carrie Anne Easter, 30, of 26 Eddington Drive in Bella Vista was arrested Monday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance and accomplice to delivery of a controlled substance. Easter was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Kyle William Moore, 21, of 2323 Beechwood Drive in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with felony failure to appear. Moore was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

Jackalyn Strahan, 61, of 2810 Dawn Court in Siloam Springs was arrested Monday in connection with felony failure to appear, manufacturing a controlled substance, driving while intoxicated, contempt and driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked. Strahan was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $12,700 bond.

Jimmy Dale Winchester, 25, of 1313 S.E. Fifth St. in England was arrested Monday in connection with felony delivery of a counterfeit substance. Winchester was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

Marco Antonio Bolanos, 18, of 401 Poplar St. in Gentry was arrested Tuesday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. Bolanos was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Brian Richard Jones, 35, of 2671 Alton Ave. in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with theft of property. Jones was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Jeffrey Bryan Thurston, 45, of 2014 Byers in Joplin, Mo., was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony failure to appear. Thurston was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Siloam Springs

Jamie L. Perdue, 20, of 155 S. Halsey in Siloam Springs, was arrested Tuesday in connection with first-degree felony terroristic threatening and revocation of a suspended sentence or probation. Perdue was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

Timothy Edwards, 31 of 4382 Patrick St. in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond Monday.

Dalesha Welch, 19, of 22908 W. Springs Harbor Road in Siloam Springs was arrested Monday in connection with felony failure to appear. She was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $150,000 bond Tuesday.

Kevin Buchanan, 26, of 612 Locomotive Ave. Apt 101 in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with felony violation of probation/ suspended sentence. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $150,000 bond Tuesday.

Benjamin Williams, 25, of No. 1 St. Johns in Bentonville was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond Tuesday.

Shannon Smith, 41, of 554 Evergreen in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony contempt of court. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond Tuesday.

Kevin Haubold, 32, of 3504 W. Beechwood Drive in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony nonsupport/failure to pay child support. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond Tuesday.

A caller reported Tuesday a purse stolen from a truck parked on East Spruce Street.

A caller reported Tuesday someone broke into a vehicle at 502 S. Sixth St. and took an iPod and several CDs.

A caller reported Tuesday a vehicle window broken and cell phone stolen from a vehicle at 5746 Charberry Lane.

A caller at 1001 S. Ninth St. reported Monday that a vehicle was broken into overnight.

A caller at 2605 Pleasant Lane reported Monday that a Nissan Pathfinder was broken into sometime over the weekend.

A caller told police Monday that a bill changer was stolen off a vending machine at 2710 Rife Medical Lane.

A caller reported Monday that an iPod and stereo were stolen from a Honda Accord at 1300 S.W. 14th St.

Springdale

Ryan Frakes, 19, of Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with theft from a vehicle, theft by receiving and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was released from the Washington County Jail on $2,500 bond.
