Food bank Web site disabled for 3 weeks

Hackers blamed as donations missed

Hackers disabled the Web site of the Arkansas Rice Depot, the state’s largest food bank, for nearly three weeks, blocking users and causing an unknown loss in donations, the food bank’s staff said.
