Benton County Sheriff’s Office
Brian Paul Booher, 28, of 508 County Road 109 in Jonesboro was arrested Sunday in connection with felony first-degree terroristic threatening and failure to appear. Booher was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Shelby Kyle Good, 18, of 3006 Richwood Circle in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, reckless driving and speeding. Good was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Dennis James Robertson, 51, of 17090 Railroad Cut Road in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with felony second-degree battery and felony first-degree terroristic threatening. Robertson was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Donald Eugene Tibbitts, 42, of 852 W. Banz Road in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with felony failure to appear. Tibbitts was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Mark Lee Wright, 32, of 15385 N. Wimpy Jones Road in Garfield was arrested Sunday in connection with parole violation. Wright was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail without bond.
Bentonville
Jeffery Kyle McKinnis, 43, of 5 London Drive in Bella Vista was arrested Sunday in connection with felony driving while intoxicated first or subsequent offense, driving while license suspended or revoked and failure to obey a traffic-control device.
Lowell
Oscar A. Benavides, 30, of Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with delivery, possession with intent to deliver or manufacturing with intent to deliver, possession inside a detention facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Benavides was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Siloam Springs
Leonel Padilla Jr., 22, of 907 S. Elm St. was arrested Sunday in connection with breaking or entering, robbery, breaking or entering, disorderly conduct, public intoxication and theft of property. Padilla was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Springdale
Aristeo Acosta, 42, of Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with financial identity fraud and forgery. He remained jailed Monday in lieu of $2,500 bond.
Rafael Gallardo-Gomez, 30, of Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with financial identity fraud. He remained jailed Monday in lieu of $2,500 bond.
Washington County Sheriff’s Office
Debra Whiteside, 27, of Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with drug possession. She remained jailed Monday in lieu of $8,015 bond.
Rachael Burton, 26, of Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. She remained jailed Monday without a bond set.
Arthur Gillum, 39, of Locust Grove, Okla., was booked into the Washington County Jail on Monday in connection with failure to pay child support. He was released on $5,000 bond.
Larry Fultz, 42, of Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with second-degree domestic battery. He was released from the jail late Sunday.
Circuit Court
Washington County
Todd David Strode, 39, pleaded guilty to breaking or entering, theft of property and fraudulent use of a credit card. Prosecutors said Strode broke into numerous cars in May and made off with $2,500 for of merchandise along with several credit cards. Strode was sentenced to 50 years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with 30 years suspended.
Randall Allen Haynes, 43, pleaded guilty to theft of property. Haynes was sentenced to five years probation, 60 days in jail and ordered to pay $2,304 victim restitution and a $1,000 fine.
Casey Allen Lambert, 29, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. He was sentenced to four years probation, fined $1,000, ordered and undergo screening for substance abuse counseling. Lambert was given credit for 14 days jail time served.
Police
Rogers
A caller reported her vehicle was broken into overnight Saturday at 2305 S. 17th St. and items were taken.
A man and woman sprayed a chemical in the face of the manager at Victoria’s Secret and stole panties Friday, according to a police report.
Bentonville
A caller from a Sonic Drive-In reported accepting two counterfeit $5 bills on Sunday.
