SPRINGDALE — Taylor Lee scored a game-high 17 points as Bentonville Gold picked up a victory at Springdale Southwest in junior-high girls basketball action Monday.
Macey Martinez tallied 12 points in the back-and-forth battle to lead Southwest, which fell to 2-2 this season.
In eighth-grade action, Southwest dropped a 36-15 result to Bentonville Washington.

Springdale Southwest 32
Jordan Dennis scored 20 points to pace Bentonville Gold in its victory over visiting Springdale Southwest.
Garrett Kaufman had 18 points to lead Southwest (2-2).
