Benton County Sheriff’s Office

Terry Lenn Thornton, 50, of 1007 Seventh St. in Hot Springs was arrested Sunday in connection with revoke of a suspended sentence or probation and theft of property. Thornton was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail without bond.

Bentonville

Quincy Dion Raymond, 37, of 1301 E. Central Ave. was arrested Saturday in connection with three counts of delivery of a controlled substance, accomplice to delivery of a controlled substance, conspiracy to deliver, possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit substance and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. He was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $30,000 bond.

Rogers

Marcos Martinez, 18, of 603 Savage St. in Springdale, was arrested Saturday in connection with breaking and entering and theft of property. He was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $3,500 bond.

Randy Wilson Thatcher, 24, of 50775 S. 20th Road in Colcord, Okla., was arrested Saturday in connection with residential burglary. He was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail without bond.

Gerado Mendoza-Estrada, 18, of 2950 Chestnut Ave. in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with felony breaking or entering and minor in possession. He was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $3,500 bond.

Siloam Springs

Jose Miguel Noyola Jr., 27, of 1201 Coleson Court was arrested Sunday in connection with breaking or entering, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, robbery and theft of property. He was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Wayland Northcott, 28, of 2890 Meridian Place was arrested Saturday in connection with felony third-degree domestic battering. He was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $1,500 bond.

Springdale

Timmy Payne, 23, of 1010 Parker Ave. was arrested Sunday in connection with felony failure to appear. He was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $75,000 bond.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

Amy Sutton, 34, of 2804 Cardon Dolet in Springdale, was arrested Saturday in connection with violation of probation or a suspended sentence. She was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.
