NORTHERN LIGHTS: Shout From the Rooftop rocks Fort Smith school

FORT SMITH — The cafeteria at Immaculate Conception School, usually filled with children eating lunch, was transformed into a party zone on Nov. 14. The school’s Shout From the Rooftop fundraiser was set against trees decorated with twinkling lights of blue and white.
