Wrath starts when resort town installs 86 devices

Eureka Springs preservationists say parking meters besmirch the ambiance of the quaint 19th-century town.
Five Eureka Springs residents have filed a lawsuit in Carroll County Circuit Court against the city after it bought and installed 86 parking meters downtown in July, more than doubling the number of meters in the city.
