Senate ethics panel admonishes Burris

Democratic Sen. Roland Burris was rebuked Friday by the Senate Ethics Committee, which issued him a “public letter of qualified admonition” for his actions in connection with his appointment by former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich.
