Benton County Sheriff’s Office

James T. Fields, 61, 139 Stroud, Cave Springs, was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. Fields was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Derrick R. Lake, 29, 10135 Burnett Road, Rogers, was arrested Thursday in connection with felon failure to appear and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and misdemeanor failure to appear. Lake was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

Kristopher K. Blazier, 23, 2518 Turner Way, Pea Ridge, was arrested Thursday in connection with felony terroristic threatening and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Blazier was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Gean C. Boyer, 50, 291 Hobbs Road, Rogers, was arrested Friday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Boyer was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

Spencer Galbraith, 23, of 1108 N. Washington in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with felony violation of probation/ suspended sentence, along with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,000 bond Friday.

Amy Smith, 22, of 1700 Oriole St. in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance. She was being held in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

Mitchell Pine, 49, of 14663 U.S. 71 South in West Fork was arrested Friday in connection with felony thirddegree battery, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.

Donne Vitt, 46, of 16295 Blue Mountain Road in Prairie Grove was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.

Christopher Divita, 35 of 3841 W. Admiral Blvd. in Tulsa, Okla., was arrested Thursday in connection with felony violation of probation/ suspended sentence and misdemeanor failure to pay fines and cost. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,695 bond Friday.

Donnita Acuff, 43, of 1600 Citation Drive in Prairie Grove was arrested Thursday in connection with felony theft of public benefits. She was released from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond Thursday.

A caller reported Friday receiving a counterfeit $20 bill at the E-Z Mart at 2401 S.E. 14th St.

Johnny Swanson reported Friday the theft of four wheels from a vehicle at 2611 S. Walton Blvd.

Karen Mulder reported Thursday finding child pornography on a computer at Decision Point Inc.

Rogers

Hector Penate reported Thursday the breaking or entering of a vehicle at 700 N. 22nd St.

Carlos Ortiz reported Thursday the breaking or entering of a vehicle at 400 N. Eighth St.
