Woman claims pregnancy as FBI said to start investigation

The Ozark Police Department is investigating an allegation that the officer who used a Taser on a 10-year-old girl Nov. 11 also used the Taser on a woman Sunday at the county jail.
Police Chief Jim Noggle acknowledged Friday that Dustin Bradshaw was being investigated for using the Taser on a woman who said she was five weeks pregnant. It could not be determined whether she told Bradshaw she was pregnant.
Noggle wouldn’t discuss the investigation further. City officials also confirmed Friday that the FBI is investigating Bradshaw’s actions.
Mayor Vernon McDaniel said Thursday the city’s policy forbids use of a Taser on pregnant women.
