100 YEARS AGO Nov. 21, 1909 Notice to file its argument in behalf of the railroads in the case of the East St. Louis Cotton Seed Oil Company against the Iron Mountain and Rock Island within 30 days was received yesterday by the Merchants’ Freight Bureau from the Interstate Commerce Commission.
