Police Pursue Man Wanted On Warrants

— Police poured into an area near Harold Street and North Loxley Avenue on Thursday morning in pursuit of a man wanted on felony forgery warrants after he reportedly fled from officers.

Officers set up a perimeter in the area about 11 a.m.and used search dogs to try to find a suspect they identified as Sean Ruminer. He’s wanted on warrants in Washington and Sebastian counties.

No arrest had been made as of Thursday evening. A spokesman for the Fayetteville Police Department could not provide any additional details on the pursuit.
