100 YEARS AGO Nov. 20, 1909 Gas is to be piped to Little Rock and offered to citizens at 50 cents or less per thousand feet, according to the plans of the new Arkansas Natural Gas Company of Delaware, which filed a copy of its articles of incorporation with the secretary of state Thursday.
