Benton County Sheriff’s Office

Michelle L. Rusher, 35, of Lowell was arrested Sunday in connection with felony failure to appear and misdemeanor failure to appear. She was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail on a $5,000 bond.

Bentonville

Richard T. Schacht, 19, of 2705 Trails End Drive was arrested Sunday in connection with felony revocation of a suspended sentence or probation, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor second-degree criminal mischief, criminal trespass and fleeing. He was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.

Highfill

John W. Hart, 35, of 2811 W. Center St. in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with felony failure to appear and misdemeanor failure to appear. He was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail on a $5,675 bond.

Little Flock

April G. Fielding, 30, of Washburn, Mo., was arrested Sunday in connection with felony second-degree forgery and obtaining a controlled substance by false pretenses or theft and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. She was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.

Rogers

Mitchell A. Dingman, 29, of 310 S. Second St. was arrested Sunday in connection with felony failure to appear and parole violation and misdemeanor failure to appear. He was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail on a $5,385 bond and on hold for parole.

Fayetteville

Ronald Hall, 42, of 3402 Love Street in Pocola, Okla. was arrested Monday in connection with felony failure to register as a sex offender. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Monday.

Patrick Hartz, 24, of 801 N. Blue Jay Lane in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with felony breaking or entering (theft from a vehicle) and second degree criminal mischief.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

Brandi Guthary, 39, of 17742 Wheeler Road in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with felony parole violation, along with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended/revoked license and failure to pay fines. She was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,452.50 bond.

Fire

Bentonville

A fire caused an estimated $4,000 in damage to an apartment building Friday evening, Bentonville Fire Department spokesman B.J. Hyde said. The cause of the fire at 811 S.E. Falcon Lane is still under investigation. The renter, whose name is not listed on the fire report, was not home. A neighbor returned home from work, saw flames and alerted neighbors in surrounding apartments, Hyde said. The fire was contained to one room of the apartment but heat and smoke damage extended to an adjacent room.

Benton County Sheriff’s Office

Crystal Fredrickson reported Sunday a burglary at 10127 E. Arkansas 72. Someone reportedly kicked in the front door and stole multiple items.

Rodney Smith reported Sunday a burglary at 15790 1/2 E. Arkansas 12. The house was ransacked and tools were reported taken.

Bentonville

Margaret McGee reported Monday the breaking or entering of a vehicle at 1804 S.E. Moberly Manor Drive Unit 14.

Rogers

Jerry Stramer reported Monday the breaking or entering of a vehicle at 108 Woodlou Lane.

Chris Thomas reported Monday the breaking or entering of three vehicles at 1 Canterbury Lane.

A caller reported Monday someone broke into a trailer and took copper piping at 3364 W. Pleasant Grove Road.

Laura Ramirez reported Monday the breaking or entering of a vehicle at 1103 N. Wren Drive.
