Bayyari Elementary School Broken Into
Suspect Cuts Self

SPRINGDALE A loss of blood didn’t lead to any gains for the perpetrator who broke into Bayyari Elementary School over the weekend.
Someone broke into the school on the east side by smashing the glass on the door, cutting themselves in the process.
The break-in occurred sometime after 5 p.m. Saturday. It was discovered about 12:50 p.m. Sunday by a school employee.
According to the Springdale police call log, the perpetrator left behind a “substantial amount of blood.”
School Public Information Officer Rick Schaeffer said as far as school officials can tell, no property was taken.
No arrests had been made as of Monday afternoon
