Illinois governor foresees jobs in housing terror suspects

A delegation from U.S. Bureau of Prisons is to tour and inspect Illinois’ Thomson Correctional Center today as part of a White House proposal to move some terror suspects detained at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, officials said Sunday.
