Flooding doesn’t drown Christmas show
Pine Bluff Festival Association workers replace 9,500 submerged lights

Organizers for this year’s Christmas light trail at Regional Park say they’re ready to open as planned Tuesday night after flooding submerged $150,000 worth of Christmas lights in mid-October and early November.
