Benton County Sheriff’s Office

Elaine M. Robinson, 31, of 2706 Patricia Drive in Pine Bluff was arrested Saturday in connection with felony failure to appear. She was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail on a $5,000 bond.

Bentonville

Ricardo Navarro, 31, of 626 Pleasant Valley Road in Van Buren was arrested Saturday in connection with felony parole violation and misdemeanor third-degree battery and second-degree assault on a family or household member. He was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.

Fayetteville

Patrick Hartz, 24, of 801 N. Blue Jay Lane was arrested Sunday in connection with felony breaking or entering and misdemeanor second-degree criminal mischief and public intoxication. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

Kevin Mirzaei, 18, of 1220 N. Albert Pike Ave. Apt. D in Fort Smith was arrested Sunday in connection with felony second-degree battery and misdemeanor third-degree battery, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, resisting arrest, fleeing and unlawful use of a driver’s license. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,500 bond.

Aaron Williams, 23, of Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,007.50 bond.

Siloam Springs

Marty L. Adair, 39, of Oaks, Okla., was arrested Sunday in connection with felony second-degree domestic battering and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. He was being held in the Benton County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.

Springdale

Michael Norell, 21, of 22530 W. War Eagle Road was arrested Saturday in connection with felony theft of property and forgery. He was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

Andy Hayes, 24, of Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with felony theft of property and forgery. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

Rogers

Wayne R. Madole, 24, of 2016 S. “F” St. was arrested Sunday in connection with felony theft by deception and theft by receiving. He was being held in the Benton County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.

A caller reported Saturday the breaking or entering of a vehicle at 1809 El Contento Circle.

Megan Snyder reported Sunday someone broke into a vehicle and an apartment at 2288 W. Maine St. Apt. 9.

Andrew Pritchard reported Sunday people were inside his vehicle at 2626 N. Arroyo Ave.

A caller reported Saturday a burglary at 1211 Crutcher St.
