State readies course on alcohol sale rules

Policy adds servers, sellers to class roll

Michael Langley wants everyone who serves or sells alcoholic beverages at Arkansas restaurants, bars and stores to go through a training session and be certified by the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Division.
