Benton County Sheriff’s Office

  • Billy R. Mattox, 48, of 15650 Mattox Drive in Garfield was arrested Thursday in connection with felony possession of firearms by certain persons and misdemeanor assault. Mattox was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
  • Austin M. Tovani, 18, of 24546 Leonard Ranch Road of Gravette was arrested Thursday in connection with felony breaking or entering and criminal mischief and misdemeanor criminal trespass on posted land and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Tovani was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail in lieu of a $7,500 bond.

Fayetteville

  • Daniel Garry, 31, of Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with drug possession, driving while intoxicated and traffic charges. He remained jailed Friday in lieu of $1,430 bond.
  • Dawn Chafin, 22, of Farmington was arrested Friday in connection with drug possession. She remained jailed Friday without a bond set.

Rogers

  • Earl C. Miller, 57, of 75 Skyline in Bella Vista was arrested Thursday in connection with theft of property. Miller was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
  • Steven E. Reed, 26, of 738 N. 12th St. was arrested Thursday in connection with felony parole violation and misdemeanor assault on a family or household member. Reed was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
  • Armando Serrano-Lozada, 32, of 815 N. 13th Place was arrested Friday in connection with rape. Serranno-Lozada was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

  • James Glenn, 47, of Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with violating a probation or suspended sentence. He was released from the Washington County Jail on $1,500 bond.
  • Heather Hall, 32, of Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with second-degree battery. She remained jailed Friday in lieu of $5,000 bond.

Benton County Sheriff’s Office

Police

  • Maria Araujo reported Thursday a burglary and the theft of video games and money at 225 E. Morris Ave.
