Everett Leonard Bell, age 72, of Osawatomie, Kan., died Nov. 11, 2009, at his home with his loving daughters by his side.
Everett was born Oct. 2, 1937, in Pittsburg, Kan. He was the son of Oscar and Ruby C. (Eversoll) Bell.
Everett retired from his work as a pipefitter with the railroad in the fall of 1999.
He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves and then the U.S. Army. He was honorably discharged from the Reserve of the U.S. Marine Crops on March 13, 1959. He entered the U.S. Army on Sept. 16, 1960, and was honorably discharged on Aug. 24, 1962.
He was united in marriage to Lela Faye Deaton on June 21, 1964, in Durham. They became the parents of two daughters. Lela preceded him in death on July 16, 2006.
He had many accomplishments in his life. He attended flying school and fire school. He was a firefighter and had been captain in Shawnee, Kan. He was also a paramedic. He was a volunteer for the Kansas Historical Society, the Frontier Twirlers Square Dance Club, the Miami County Airport Association and the Civil Air Patrol. He also enjoyed flying his airplane and riding his motorcycle.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Lela; his second wife, Andrea; his brother, Arthur Bell; and his sister, Rosie Sparks.
He is survived by his two daughters and their husbands, Mary and Mike Handsul of LaCygne and Marsha and Mike Douglas of Shawnee, Kan.; three stepsons, Neal Wheatley and his wife, Robin, of Paola, Kan., Nicke Wheatley of Overland Park, Kan., and Scott Wheatley and his wife, Cindy, of Osawatomie, Kan.; five grandchildren; and three step-grandchildren who kept his life busy; other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Moore’s Funeral Home in Fayetteville.

FAYETTEVILLE — Paul Edwin Presley, born March 20, 1976, in Fayetteville to parents Larry Brent and Marth Searcy Presley, died Nov. 9, 2009, in Las Vegas in an automobile accident.
Survivors include his parents, Larry and Martha Presley of Fayetteville; a sister and brother-in-law, Alice Presley Bodnar and Paul Bodnar of La Crescenta, Calif.; grandmother, Eunice Viola Presley of Bentonville; aunt, Betty Spring of Bentonville; uncle and aunt, Jim and Diane Presley of Bella Vista; uncle and aunt, Alan and Kaye Presley of Noel, Mo.; and many cousins, relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Kathleen Searcy and uncle, Charles Dean Crabtree.
He was a member of First Christian Church of Bentonville and First Christian Church of Fayetteville.
A private internment service will be held before the memorial service.
There will be no visitation.

SPRINGDALE — Sidney M. Robinson, 51 of Springdale died Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009, in Little Rock.
He was born Aug. 7, 1958, in Pittsburgh. He was the manager of the Atlanta Bread Companies in Fayetteville and Rogers. Sidney was a member of University Baptist Church in Fayetteville where he taught Sunday School.
Survivors include his stepfather and mother, Charles and Roberta Sekerak of Pittsburgh; one son, Dustan Lutz and wife, Laura, of Springdale; one brother, Michael Sekerak of Pittsburgh; four sisters, Deborah Taxon of Pittsburgh, Buffy Ann Johns of Pittsburgh, Robin Robinson of Pittsburgh and Cindy Sekerak of Pittsburgh; one niece, Christy Robinson of Ocean Springs, Miss.; two grandchildren, Wylee Lutz and Kynzee Lutz; and three friends, Charles Apple and Brandon and Erin Sewell.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at University Baptist Church in Fayetteville with Pastor Mike Lumpkin and Dr. H.D. McCarty officiating. Burial will be in the Friendship Cemetery.

Raymond Boatright
SPRINGDALE — On Nov. 11, 2009, surrounded by friends and family, Raymond E. Boatright was called home to be with his Lord and Savior. He was a Navy Veteran serving aboard the USS Preserver.
His life was a testimony of his faith and love for the Lord. He had an extraordinary love for his family and friends.
Raymond was born Sept. 6, 1934, in Metalton, Ark., the son of George Edgar and Orva Boatright. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a nephew, Clark Dale Boatright.
He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Marva Plumlee Boatright; one son, Randy Boatright and wife, Lora, of Springdale; two grandchildren, Dustin Boatright of Arlington, Texas, and Haley Boatright of Springdale; one brother, Robert Boatright and wife, Wanda, of Springdale; one nephew, Paul Boatright and wife, Brooke; one niece, Mary Sells and husband, Jesse, of Elkins; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. today at Sisco Funeral Home in Springdale.
A funeral service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Robinson Avenue Church of Christ in Springdale with Harry Fitzgerald and Harry Ware officiating. Burial will follow in the Bluff Cemetery in Springdale.
Pallbearers will be Milton Ball, Bill Ball, Richard Hutton, Ron Bowman, Rodney Pless and Trent Arnold.

WINSLOW — Bernell Nelson King, 73, of Winslow died Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2009, at his home. He was born Feb. 10, 1936, in Nicholas, W.Va., the son of William D. and Ethel Duncan King.
He was retired from the woodworking business.

LOWELL — Margaret L. Greenhaw, 65, of Lowell died Nov. 11, 2009, in Springdale. She was born Jan. 30, 1944, in Fresno, Calif., to Lawrence and Anna Franks Hume.
She had been an employee of Harps Food Store for 26 years.

Ronald Davis
EDMOND, Okla. — Ronald Dean Davis, 65, of Edmond died Nov. 11, 2009. He was born March 7, 1944, in Wichita, Kan., to Merle E. and Amo Harris Davis.
He retired from Lance Foods in Edmond, Okla., and served in the Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Belinda; two daughters, Lesia Lynette Davis of Edmond, Okla., and Joanna Davis Baugh and husband Branden of Oklahoma City; a brother; two sisters, including Carol Davis of Gentry; a granddaughter.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Brashears Funeral Home in Huntsville.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in the Huntsville Cemetery.
Thomas Franklin Lee
ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Thomas Franklin Lee of Rochester, N.Y., formerly of Springdale, died Oct. 30, 2009, in Rochester. He was born Jan. 15, 1947, the son of Thomas and Sadie Lawson Lee. He had served in the Marine Corps.
He is survived by his wife, Leann Lee of the home; four children: Michelle and Tonya, both of Canada, and Dawn and Jessie, both of New York; three brothers: Virgil Lee of Springdale and Gerald Lee and Ricky Lee, both of Hot Springs; three sisters: Brenda Miller of Tulsa, Okla., Carlan Pine of Elkins and Patricia Luecht of Rogers; and three grandchildren.
Memorial services will be Nov. 14, 2009 at 11 a.m. at the Gospel of Peace Tabernacle in Springdale. Funeral service and burial was in Rochester, N.Y.
