Obituaries for Benton County

Linda Sue Snider, 69, of Siloam Springs died Nov. 11, 2009, at Siloam Springs Nursing and Rehab. She was born Sept. 7, 1940, in Bethal, Texas, to John W. Turner and Erma Gurganus Ray.

She retired from the John Brown University cafeteria staff after 12 years of service.

Survivors include three daughters, Gwen Boroughs and husband Luther of Camden, Teresa Smith and husband Kenny of Siloam Springs, and Nanci Brigance and husband Shawn of Gentry; four sons, Randy Koci of Houston, Texas, Brent Koci and wife Alysa of Siloam Springs, Steven Koci of Tulsa, Okla., and Charles Snider and partner Dan Muzinich of Studio City, Calif.; a brother; three sisters, including Sandra Goswick of Siloam Springs and Lynn Sangwin of Bentonville; a half-brother; a half-sister; 18 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. today at Wasson Funeral Home Memorial Chapel in Siloam Springs.

Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Siloam Springs.

Kevin Tony Bray

PEA RIDGE — Kevin Tony Bray, 45, of Pea Ridge, died Wednesday, Nov. 11, at Powell, Mo. He was born Oct. 2, 1964, at Carthage, Mo., to Ronald and Janice Bray.

He worked for Beaver Water District as an operator for 23 years and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors are his wife, Regina Bray of Bentonville; parents, Ronald and Janice Bray of Pea Ridge; a sister, Lee Ann Samons and husband, John, of Loranger, La.; two sons, Nick Neukam and wife, Cassie, of Gateway, and Mitchell Neukam of Bentonville.

A graveside service will be held today, Nov. 13, 10 a.m. at Pea Ridge Cemetery with Brother Ed Wilson officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Sisco Funeral Home of Pea Ridge.

Paul Presley

FAYETTEVILLE — Paul Edwin Presley, born March 20, 1976, in Fayetteville to parents Larry Brent and Marth Searcy Presley, died Nov. 9, 2009, in Las Vegas in an automobile accident.

Survivors include his parents, Larry and Martha Presley of Fayetteville; a sister and brother-in-law, Alice Presley Bodnar and Paul Bodnar of La Crescenta, Calif.; grandmother, Eunice Viola Presley of Bentonville; aunt, Betty Spring of Bentonville; uncle and aunt, Jim and Diane Presley of Bella Vista; uncle and aunt, Alan and Kaye Presley of Noel, Mo.; and many cousins, relatives and friends.

He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Kathleen Searcy and uncle, Charles Dean Crabtree.

He was a member of First Christian Church of Bentonville and First Christian Church of Fayetteville.

A private internment service will be held before the memorial service.

There will be no visitation.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at First Christian Church in Bentonville, 807 S.E. 14th St., Bentonville.
