— HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE

The Wishing Spring Art & Craft Gallery in Bella Vista will hold its annual Holiday Open House from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday and noon to 4 p.m.

Sunday. Original arts and crafts made by local artisans - all members of The Village Art Club - will be for sale, and some artists will be demonstrating their work. The gallery can be found at 8862 McNelly Road, near the corner of U.S. 71 and County Road 40 (behind Walgreen’s).

SATURDAY STROLL

Several Eureka Springs art galleries will host a “Celebration of the Art of Eureka” from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday during the Second Saturday Gallery Stroll.

Participating galleries include Iris at the Basin Park, Eureka Thyme Gallery, Zark’s Fine Design Gallery, Quicksilver Gallery, Eureka Fine Art Company, 83 Spring Street Gallery and Fusion Squared Gallery.

ANTIQUE SHOW AND SALE

The 21st annual Fall Antique Show and Sale will be Nov. 20-22 at the Inn of the Ozarks Convention Center in Eureka Springs. More than 50 antiques dealers will offer wall clocks, art, books, quilts, silver, china, furniture, clothing, jewelry and more. The event starts with a Wine and Cheese Preview Show and Sale at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 20.

Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

DDP GALLERY at 7 E. Mountain St. in Fayetteville (466-9030):“Project Feed Local,” artworks made from grocery bags in a collaboration of more than 50 regional artists, through Nov. 21. The project will benefit the Northwest Arkansas Food Bank and the Fayetteville Independent Business Alliance.

Each bag will be sold for $60; $40 of that will be donated to the food bank, $10 will go to the artist and $10 will go to the gallery. Tyson Foods Inc. will match 5 pounds of food for every dollar raised.
