Bentonville

w Ryan P. Coles, 23, of 1805 S.E. Moberly Manor Apt. 23 was arrested Thursday in connection with felony aggravated assault on a family or household member. He was being held in the Benton County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.

Fayetteville

w Nicholas Gawthrop, 18, of Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with drug possession. He was released from the Washington County Jail on $3,150 bond.

w Lora Rusher, 42, of Elkins was arrested Wednesday in connection with theft of property. Rusher remained jailed Thursday on $2,500 bond.

Lowell

w Cameron D. Shipp, 20, of 806 N. Sixth St. in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony second-degree forgery. He was being held Thursday in the Benton County Jail on a $15,000 bond.

Rogers

w Steven E. Reed, 26, of 738 N. 12th St. was arrested Thursday in connection with felony parole violation and misdemeanor third-degree assault on a family or household member. He was being held in the Benton County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.

Springdale

w Jagmohan Sukhala, 41, of Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with third-degree domestic battery and violation of probation. He remained jailed Thursday in lieu of $5,000 bond.

w Henry Vargas, 20, of Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, possessing instruments of crime and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. He remained jailed Thursday in lieu of $2,500 bond.

w John Smith, 47, of Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with third-degree domestic battery. He was released on $5,000 bond.

w Jose Martinez, 21, of Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with drug possession. He remained jailed Thursday in lieu of $2,500 bond.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

w Desaree Perry, 25, of Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with violation of a probation or suspended sentence. She was released on $3,500 bond.

w Christopher Edwards, 36, of Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with drug possession. He remained jailed Thursday in lieu of $3,500 bond.

Circuit Court

Washington County

w Jaron Henry Jackson, 21, pleaded guilty to second-degree battery, third-degree domestic battery and violating term of probation for a previous conviction of leaving the scene of a personal injury accident. Prosecutors said Jackson hit a police officer and a family member in June. Jackson was sentenced to six years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with two years suspended and ordered to pay $4,625 victim restitution.

w Zachary Shane Prather, 24, pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a gun. He was sentenced to six years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with three years suspended.

w Aaron Alan McBee, 18, and Derek Allen Riedel, 19, pleaded guilty to being accomplices to first-degree criminal mischief and theft of property. They were each sentenced to five years probation, 60 days community service, fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $3,800 victim restitution between them.

Benton County Sheriff’s Office

w Andrew Sams reported Tuesday a burglary at 10773 Coose Hollow Lane. A PlayStation 3 gaming system, GPS device, video camera and two laptops were reported taken.

Bentonville

w Jeremiah Blakely reported Wednesday a burglary at 3606 S.W. Carriageway Ave. Speakers, a computer and two rifles were reported missing.
