Arkansas’ Powerball sales ranking 8th

Powerball ticket sales in Arkansas for Wednesday night’s drawing ranked eighth-highest per capita among the 31 states that sell Powerball tickets, as well as the District of Columbia and Virgin Islands, a lottery spokesman said Thursday.
