BRIEFLY: Playoff Tickets On Sale

Springdale’s Athletic Department is selling playoff tickets for Springdale High’s first-round playoff game at Russellville on Friday.
Tickets are $5 each (adults and students) and will be sold through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 509 E. Emma (old Layman’s Building in downtown Springdale).
Tickets will also be available at Springdale High through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. For any questions, call 750-1680.
Springdale Hosting Hoops Day
SPRINGDALE — Springdale High is hosting its first Bulldog Hoops Day on Saturday in Bulldog Gymnasium.
The event will start at 8 a.m. with exhibition games of players in third through seventh grades.
George and Southwest Junior Highs will have exhibition practices at 1 and 2 p.m., respectively, before Springdale has its boys Red-White scrimmage at 3 p.m.
