Tickets For Heritage Playoff Available
ROGERS — Tickets are on sale for the Heritage War Eagles’ first playoff game. Heritage plays Little Rock Catholic School on Friday.
Tickets are $5. All tickets are general admission.
Tickets are available:
10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today and Friday at the Athletic Department of the Rogers Public Schools Administration Offices, 500 W. Walnut St.
10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Rogers Heritage High School.
At the gate Friday. Gates open 6 p.m. at Gates Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
Retirement Center to Host Vet Day Program
ROGERS — Apple Blossom Retirement Center will host a Veteran’s Day ceremony today at 3:30 p.m.
Frank and Shirley Pasteur of Olde Tyme Music will perform patriotic music. Highlights of the ceremony will include presentation of colors; recognition of Apple Blossom veterans; guest speaker Lonnie McDurmond, commander of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3031; and a special rendition of “Taps.”
Guests are invited to stay for supper and tours. To RSVP for supper or for more information, call 479-636-7739.
Apple Blossom is at 2501 N. 22nd St. in Rogers.
