Matthew T. Down, 21, of Bella Vista was arrested Monday in connection with felony conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.

Roy E. Hayworth, 28, of 12396 Cavewood Road in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with felony theft by receiving. He was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail awaiting a bond hearing. A Benton County sheriff’s investigator arrested Hayworth as part of an investigation of a stolen ultralight aircraft, a news release said. The aircraft, valued at about $19,000, was stolen from Branson West, Mo.

Irene Jordache, 20, of 8 Bella Vista was arrested Monday in connection with felony conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance. She was being held Tuesday in the Benton County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.

Fayetteville

Brian Hudson, 23, of 1009 Molly Court in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.

James Davis, 29, of 1915 W. Main Street in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with felony theft of property, first degree criminal mischief, criminal trespass, fictitious vehicle registration and driving on a suspended license (driving while intoxicated). He also faces misdemeanor parole violation, and two counts of failure to appear. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $4,245.50 bond Tuesday.

Cameron Jones, 27, of 18998 E. Black Oak in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with driving while intoxicated, false evidence of title/registration, theft by receiving and driving on a suspended license (driving while intoxicated). He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.

Christopher Glasscock, 32, of 55 N. Centennial in West Fork was arrested Monday in connection with felony theft of property, first degree criminal mischief, criminal trespass, fleeing and violation of probation/suspended sentence. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.

Angelica Sandoval-Duran, 37, of 906 Raines Road in Siloam Springs was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance. She was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $175,000 bond Tuesday.

Damien Starks, 19, of 1322 Chickadee Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with felony failure to appear. He was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $75,000 bond Tuesday.
