BELLA VISTA
BENTONVILLE Franklin D. Farver, 100, of Bella Vista died Oct. 18, 2009. He was born Aug. 5, 1909, to Lydia and Frank W. Farver.
He was a 40-year resident of Bella Vista who spent much of his career as an accountant with Kimberly Clark in Appleton, Wis.
Survivors include a sister; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
No services are planned.
Cremation arrangements are by the Bella Vista Funeral Home & Crematory.
GRAVETTE
James Matthew Hogue III, 65, of Gravette died Nov. 3, 2009. He was born Oct. 25, 1944, in Springfield, Mo., to James Matthew Jr. and Wilma Nowell Hogue.
He was retired from the Army.
Survivors include two daughters, Shanon Hogue of Cleveland, Okla., and Serena Sanchez of El Paso, Texas; a sister, Donna Perry of Gravette; five grandchildren; a great-grandchild.
Arrangements are by Callison-Lough Funeral Home of Gravette.
LITTLE FLOCK
Carl F. Wight, 95, of Little Flock died Nov. 8, 2009, at Heritage Park Nursing Center in Rogers. He was born Aug. 14, 1914, in Little Flock to the late Norman F. and Eva Jane Palmer Wight.
Carl graduated from Rogers High School in 1934 and joined the Army in 1941, where he served with the 3rd Infantry Division in Europe for four years. He was wounded by shrapnel in northern Italy in 1945 and was awarded the Purple Heart. On Dec. 12, 1946, he married the love of his life, Pauline Turner, and they enjoyed 63 wonderful years together.
Carl was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters; and one brother.
Survivors include his loving wife, Pauline of the home; one son, Allen and his wife, Pat, of Tucson, Ariz.; two step grandchildren, two step great-grandchildren, and three step great-great-grandchildren, all of Tucson.
Services for Carl will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Little Flock Primitive Baptist Church in Little Flock, with interment to follow at Little Flock Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Rollins Funeral Home Chapel in Rogers.

MARSHALLTOWN, Iowa
Larry James Gage, 67, passed away Nov. 5, 2009.
Graveside services were at 1 p.m. Monday at Graceland Cemetery in Webster City, Iowa.

Larry was born on Sept. 4, 1942, the son of Clifford D. and Ruth J. Branch Gage in Webster City, Iowa. Larry graduated from Marshalltown High School in 1960. Larry graduated from Southeast Missouri State College in Cape Girardeau, Mo., in 1964.
Larry served in the U.S. Army from 1966 to 1968. He worked for Osco Drug in several locations for over 10 years. Larry then joined General Growth Properties as a manager for the Northwest Arkansas Mall in Fayetteville for 10 years. He moved back to Marshalltown in 1984, where he worked for the Iowa Veterans Home, from which he retired.
Larry attended Hope United Methodist Church in Marshalltown. He enjoyed spending time with his daughters and granddaughter, Maggie. His favorite pastimes were fishing, reading and woodcarving.
Larry will be missed by his two daughters, Susan Gage of Springdale and Molly (Jeff) Cook of Rogers; a granddaughter, Maggie Cook; one brother, Vern Gage from Brooklyn, Iowa; two aunts, Pauline Nelson of Riverdale, Ill., and Lillian Gage of Webster City, Iowa; one uncle, Bill (Donna) Branch of Bettendorf, Iowa; and one niece, one nephew and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Richard.

ROGERS
Eldine E. Henry Hartzmann, 85, of Rogers died Nov. 5, 2009, at Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville. She was born Aug. 5, 1924, in Minneapolis to Willard and Myrnea Wood Gifford.
She worked as a poultry inspector for 30 years in Northwest Arkansas, retiring in 1992.
Survivors include three sons, Lee Henry of Rogers, Charlie Henry of Marionville, Mo., and Dewain Henry of Seligman, Mo.; two daughters, Theresa Haynes of Seligman and Sheila Meeker of Rogers; a sister; 18 grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren.
Services were held Monday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville, Mo.
ROGERS
Ader McIver 87, of Rogers, died Nov. 7, 2009, at a local health care facility.
She was born April 24, 1922, in Des Arc, Arkansas, to George Arnett and Myrtle Cummings Arnett.
Ader enjoyed gardening, fishing, yard sells, and was an excellent seamstress.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry McIver and his wife, Cathy, of Avoca, Danny McIver and his wife, Kathy, of Avoca; a daughter, Betty Spears, and her husband, Fred, of Rogers; a sister, Mary Stivers of Judsonia, Arkansas; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Joe McIver; four brothers; and a sister.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Bentonville Cemetery.
Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. today at Stockdale funeral Services of Rogers.
