Benton County Sheriff’s Office

Carl A. Rundle, 19, of 1000 W. Olive St. Unit 97 in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with felony failure to appear. He was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.

Bentonville

Amy M. Freidenberger, 25, of 4 Mellor Court in Bella Vista was arrested Monday in connection with felony criminal conspiracy, delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was being held in the Benton County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.

Department Of Community Correction

Ryan A. Tatara, 22, of 2104 Commons Drive in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with felony revocation of a suspended sentence or probation. He was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.

Springdale

Angel Martinez, 36, of Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with felony forgery. Martinez remained Monday afternoon in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office

John Julich, 25, of Elkins was arrested Monday in connection with felony violating a probation or parole and misdemeanor failure to pay fines and costs. He remained jailed Monday in lieu of $150,000 bond.

Gregory Wycoff, 46, of Paragould was arrested Monday in connection with theft of property and possession of a controlled substance, both felonies. He remained jailed Monday with no bond set.

Bobby Priest, 54, of Lowell was arrested Monday in connection with failure to appear, contempt of court and hot checks, all felonies. Priest remained jailed Monday in lieu of $305,000 bond.

Circuit Court

Washington County

Rusty Dwayne Perry, 42, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, morphine. Prosecutors said Perry had 21 pills when he was arrested Aug. 5. He was sentenced to 10 years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with four years suspended.

Luvenia Bell, 32, pleaded guilty to violating terms of probation for an arson convicton. Bell was sentenced to six years at the Arkansas Department of Correction with three years suspended and ordered to pay $5,500 victim restitution.

Benton County Sheriff’s Office

Perry Chupp reported Friday the theft of about $3,000 worth of tools and $1,000 in lumber from 10194 Beaver Lane.

Kim Waldon reported Saturday someone took a cell phone and GPS system out of a Honda Civic at 17950 Luedecke Road.

Bentonville

Greg Griffiths reported Sunday the breaking or entering of a truck at 704 S.E. “C” St.

Stacie Gurel reported Sunday someone took a purse out of a vehicle at 3800 N.W. Riverbend St.

Rogers

Louis McClard reported Sunday the breaking or entering of three vehicles at 710 Riviera Drive.

Amy Wolfe reported Sunday the breaking or entering of a vehicle at 1525 Heritage Circle.

Tasha Petersen reported Sunday the breaking or entering of two vehicles at 2924 Driftwood Lane.
