Lawmakers itching to see war strategy

State’s delegation, others hope for clear decisions from Obama

While they expect Congress to weigh in on future Afghanistan strategy, members of Arkansas’ delegation said the final decision on charting a new course for the 8-yearold war remains with President Barack Obama.
