Teacher-retirement trustees sign off on real-estate moves

The trustees of the Arkansas Teacher Retirement System on Wednesday signed off on selling 18 acres in west Little Rock to Southwest Power Pool Inc. for $4 million as a possible site for the pool’s headquarters.
