Arrests Arkansas State Police Judy Case, 41, of 18329 Skylight Mountain in Cane Hill was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance. She was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

Benton County Sheriff’s Office Megan L. Penny, 20, of 1550 Electric Ave. Apt. B107 in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony delivery of a controlled substance. She was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail on a $10,000 bond. Bentonville Gary O. Bowen, 56, of 1579 Boulder Drive in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit substance. He was being held in the Benton County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.

Tracy D. Moss, 47, of 4575 56th St. in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony parole violation and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance. He was being held in the Benton County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.

Charles R. Hoyt, 27, of 703 S.E. 10th St. was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony third-degree domestic battery. He was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail on a $2,500 bond.Farmington Charles McMillan, 51, of 12583 Little Elm Road in Farmington was arrested Wednesday in connection with felony driving while intoxicated, driving left of center, driving off of payment, driving on a suspended license (previous DWI charge) and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. He was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

Siloam Springs Cheryl J. Colston, 26, of 369 N. Woods Ave. in Kansas, Okla., was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony second-degree battery and misdemeanor failure to appear, driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, refusing to submit to an intoxication test and resisting arrest. She was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.

Police Benton County Sheriff’s Office Jose Lorego reported Tuesday a burglary at 12753 Frisco Cemetery Road.

Rogers Patrick Turner reported Tuesday the breaking or entering of a vehicle at 1807 Indian Trail Drive.

Amy Sagely reported Tuesday the breaking or entering of a vehicle at 3207 W. Seminole Drive.

Sugar Lellis reported Tuesday the breaking or entering of a car at 1506 Stratton Drive.
